Pages
Lists take page (from 1) and per_page. A paged call returns in meta: count, page, per_page, total, total_pages, next_page and prev_page (null at the ends).
Cursors
Every list also returns next_cursor. Following it returns only count and next_cursor, which keeps long walks fast. When next_cursor is null you have it all.
