Two limits
Each plan has calls a minute and calls a day (the free key: 10 and 50). The day resets at 00:00 UTC.
The headers

Past a limit
You get a 429: rate_limited for the minute, quota_exceeded for the day, each with Retry-After. Your usage shows where you stand and does not count.
